What if the most powerful thing we could do in our faith walk is also the simplest? This message cuts through the noise and brings us back to the heart of why we were created: relationship with God.
Drawing from Psalm 8, we are reminded that we have been crowned with glory and honor, given dominion over creation, and sent out as ambassadors carrying the full authority of God Almighty. That is not a small thing. Yet so often we carry that authority without ever consulting the One who gave it to us.
The message challenges us to reconsider how we approach God, not as a last resort when we find ourselves stuck, but as the first voice we seek before we take a step. Just as a healthy marriage involves bringing your spouse into your decisions not because you need permission but because you are in relationship, God is simply asking to be included in the conversation.
When we seek Him first, as Matthew 6:33 reminds us, everything else begins to fall into place. The blessings do not just come, they overtake us, because our eyes are fixed on Him rather than on what we are hoping to receive.
