Pain is one of the most universal human experiences, yet it is also one of the most misunderstood. In this message, we are reminded that pain is not punishment, and pleasure is not a reward. Life will bring us moments of deep hurt, whether physical, emotional, or psychological, and the question is not whether we will face those moments, but how we will respond when we do.
Drawing from Romans 8:37-39, which assures us that nothing in all creation can separate us from the love of God, we are challenged to move beyond mere survival and into a place of genuine victory. The grace of God is not just a one-time gift we received at salvation. It is a daily, living reality that does for us what we simply cannot do for ourselves. When we face our pain head-on rather than running to the refrigerator, the bottle, or the debt spiral, we open the door for God to do something extraordinary in us. The message is clear: we are not just conquerors. We are more than conquerors.
